This lists all the armor found in the game. The lower your armor class (AC), the better. The table shows the armor, , the AC, and how it affects your movement.
Classes are abbreviated as follows: Fighter (F), Cleric (C), Thief (T), Magic-User (M).
|Protective Cloak||Var.||+5||0||F,C,T,M||Cannot be worn with another cloak or a Displacer Cloak; Protective Cloaks have no bonuses if used with armor of any kind.|
|Ring of Protection||Var.||+5||0||F,C,T,M||Multiple Rings of Protection can be worn, but don't have a cumulative effect; whichever rings have the best bonus is the one that is used. These rings don't work with magic armor, but do work with non-magical armor.|
|Bracers||-10||n/a||0||F,C,T,M||Multiple bracers can be worn, but don't have a cumulative effect; whichever bracers have the best bonus is the one that is used.|
- A character carrying many objects, including lots of coins, can be further limited in movement to a minimum of 3 squares per turn.
- A shield subtracts 1 AC from any armor it is used with.
